Okay here goes! I weigh 380 lbs. and I am 5' 9 1/2" tall. I carry my weight well and no one thinks
I weigh almost 400 lbs. My mom and dad were both overweight. I say were because my mom had Bariatric surgery eventhough
I begged her not too and it almost killed her. She has went from a 26/28 down to a Ladies Medium and I am proud of her
bit I think she would have been healthier if she would have done it the natural way. She would not have almost died.
She did survive but now she is flabby because she did not workout while loosing her weight. Okay, now that you know
why I am doing this I want to tell you how I am doing this. I am going to follow the Weight Watchers plan. Why
did I pick this plan? I picked this plan because I know this plan, I know it works, and I know how to make it work.
I have been on Weight Watchers before and lost 80 pounds before I became pregnate with my daughter. I have since gained
it back but I am ready to loose it again but this time I am going to loose all I need to loose and keep it off! My daughter
will be 4 in March and she does not know that I am fat yet. My son is 11 and he has never known anything but a fat mommy.
I want my daughter to never remember a fat mommy and my son to know that when we put our minds to something we can achieve
it!! I work at our local YMCA and I can use th facilities when I want to. I plan on going in before work
everyday because I work from 8 am to Noon and then I go to college in the afternoon so I have to get up and be in there by
5 am. This is so I can workout then swim and shower and get ready for work. The cool thing about all this is my
husband told me he loved me just the way I am and he will support me in all that I do. He has been off work for a year
and a half because of an illness that was just recently diagnosed. So, if he gets to go back to work I will have to
find another time to workout but I am going to set my mind to it and I am going to do it!
